Thanks for everyone letting me know the PDF docs were broken.
The fix was that Frontpage assumes that any link not prefaced with http://
is a local link - thus if you looked at the links it had my URL tacked on
before the other URL. Just adding http:// to the front of each link fixed
it. Stupid Microsoft program 'feature'.
But its fixed now.
