There are Imperial Knights rules in Firepower the GW Epic magazine. As for
the Eldar Knights, the Epic lists came up with rules as follows:

Fire Knights 30 45 2 4 4+ Holo-save 2+
Bright Warriors 35 30 d3xat 4 4+ Holo-save 2+
Towering Knights 25 45 4 4 5+ Holo-save 2+
