Thats what the voting will determine, it seems the trend will be to making minor
adjustments.

Space marine is netepic's template and will probably remain that way. The new
game from scratch is what Heresy wil represent.

Don't worry about this for now. Right now people are voting about pretty general
and varied topics, when I officially commence the revision it will be as you
state, by topic with plenty of time for discussion.

Don't worry, when revision begins it will be assumed that most players are
familiar with space marine/titan legions and any reference to other systems will
be duely explained
