We can compare Dark Eldar to Eldar for 250 points and four stands
Eldar has Dark Reapers with these stats:
10cm 5+* +1 Missile Launcher 75 cm 2 4+ -1
Snap Fire without penalty, local air defense, Elite
So don't you think its a lot of points for grotesques.
