Hi!
Most of the time only AA units may fire at flyers within range of their
weapons. Infantry may ONLY fire at fliers IF they themselves are
attacked, but do so at a -2 penalty. The dark reapers have tracking
equipment and such that they too may fire at fliers within range of
their weapons, just like AA units, they do NOT need to wait to be
attacked themselves. The standard -2 penalty to hit by infatry does NOT
apply to dark reapers. In effect dark reapers are infatry based AA units.
