Nils already stated the colours i use for the true Slann. Base : Purple for
  the mechs, Red
for the Vanguards, Black for the Gravguards. I also used silver and gold
  trimmings somewhat.
When it comes to the exodites, i havn't really thought about it that much,
  since i dont really
have any exodites. I would probably use green, yellow and red mostly. Since
  they are more in
touch with their origins than the true Slann, and since they are,
  well...toads, i'd look up some
poisonous frogs/toads and check their colours out. There are some pretty
  spectacular looking
frogs and toads, specially in the rainforests. While we're on the subject,
  what about making a
clan of exodites which are even more back to nature? The true Slann have
  probably lost their
poisons, but a backward exodite people on a remote planet might still have
  that ability. They would have
little weaponry and armor, but would be fast, well camouflaged and able to
  spit poison (or
something like that). The more i think about this idea, the more i like it
  :) If you guys think
it's a good idea, i could make some proposals (i'll be conservative, i
  promise :)

If we could get our clammy hands on a digital camera, we could take some
  pics. A collegue
of mine has one, ill ask him if i can borrow it :)

Id like to point out that the colour scheme is "excellent", not my
  painting :)
I've also used boltgun metal on my Necrons, together with deep purple,
  silver, gold, red and blue.

I've found n excellent Necron colour scheme.

First you spray the minis with a black undercoat, then spray them boltgun
metal, use shining gold trimmings and enchanted blue in visors and other
  obvious sensor areas.

Rune has used a deep purple for his mechs with a gold trimming, it's
excellent!!!! Gravguard = black, Vanguard = Red and Gold (Samg goes for
  vanguard mechs)

  Hi!

I had brought this up long ago, but since I may actually get off my a** and
paint them I wanted to know what people that were "appropriate" Slann
  colors.

  Any advice welcome.
