Dark Eldar codex proposal ^^

Hi!

I've upped my version of the Dark Eldar Codex and Summary of
units/army cards in the vault. Is based on all the ideas I've seen in
the mailing list... enjoy it!

The only missed thing is the Titan template, lost somewhere in my
hd... =(
