Squats are the decendants of humans who colonised high-gravity worlds.
Ogryns are the decendants of colonists from Death Worlds and other nasty
places.

I saw someplace that GW now says ogryns are from hi-grav worlds. Maybe a way
for them to neatly remove squats from the 40k universe?
