Hyperlinks for NE4.1 broken

The Army lists on www.netepic.org for NE4 have broken links for
the .DOC's. They point to www.webbsoft.org.uk

I can get to the directory via
  http://www.netepic.org/NE4
to download the rules. I know I can get them here, as well, but
visitors to the site may get frustrated.
