I like Tzeentch's one: one modifier versus tanks, double that
against infantry. It's extremely simple and yet makes heavy
weapons absolutely deadly against "soft" targets.

Two added bonus:

no need to memorize yet another stat
heavier weapons are automatically more effective without needing
to tinker with their stats
