That sounds fair to me, 375 points.
Question, would Deathwing Terminators be able to take them? Are they open
to all the chapters? How do we resolve the issues with the Space Wolf -
Wolf Guard?
Just asking from an Army Card perspective.

A Terminator detachment costs 350 so maybe 375. At least that's what I
determined a Black Templars terminator detachment with Crusaders to be
worth.
