Which wouldn't be worth taking as the Bikers will be in CC most of the time
anyway where armour doesn't mean a thing, what about allowing a reroll in
the event of a failed CC? That would be worth 25 points.

Space Marine bikes already have a 6+ save. The jinking could best be
represented by making the 6+ save unmodifiable like in 40k. The cost
increase should be some 25pts per detachment.
