I wish they would just do what they do best..  make figs..    besides.. we
will just make our own rules and feel much better about it.  :)

Hi!

The Fanatic "ideal' is truely inspiring of hope. It seems to work well for
most of the games they support. I only wish they would have decided on a
new epic game from scratch, IMO this would have given them a lot more
advantage, first and foremost that of no preconceptions! As it stands, I
predict a flurry of enthusiasm that will last as much as it did when
epic40k came (not much). It irks me to no end that they DO recognize the
problems with epic and its revival and yet do not take any REAL actions to
remedy it. Lets face it, the "new" rules will perhaps be well accepted by
those who favor E40k (and perhaps not even that) and gain "some" new
blood, but the droves of people who left epic simply will not come running
back for it. You don't revive a dead man, you should nuture a new born
babe.

Sorry for the "doom and gloom", but I really think they have a good
opportunity to revive epic if only they just thow out everything, start
from scratch and support ALL armies from the get-go, not just IG and Orks.
Oh well, I'll just save my pennies and buy whatever they dish out before
it goes out of print again.....
