I guess this means they can either be on Charge or Advance when they enter
the board.....
I find it quit unlikely that the could be on first fire!

In the battlereport you mentioned they charged into CC with Magnus the Red
so judging from that they are on charge orders. However, IIRC it's not
specifically mentioned in the rules (surprise!).
