There were rules for astropaths and such, but the rules were not liked
or had problems, we will probably revise and add them if suitable rules
can be found.

Why not have them as support cards and use them to represent other

formations like the fleet security division and IG MPs.
Also if their aren't already rules for them lower powered Psykers like

Astropaths and the primaris Psykers.
