I think that it's there to justify the bonus when jumping with the
vanguard mech. Then again we'll see when the time comes IF it should
mean something more.

The Slann rules state that all Vanguard Mechs are slightly psychic
and have the ability to communicate directly via the Great Mage.
It does not, however, state what kind of game effect this has (if
any). Is there any point to this sentence, or is it merely there
to confuse me? ;)
