Hi!
I don't think it should be used as AA. I know a defense laser can fire
into space as a planetary defense weapon, but firing at tactical craft
is another matter.

In that case there's no way anybody will EVER use the Imperator's
defence laser for AA fire. Or is AA fire different from standard snap
fire?
