A tag? Why? Artillery units classification already exists.

I think a rule pertaining a special ability has to be in the Core
Rules only if used by all armies... currently the rule is in that
place (firing procedure) only because ther may be another save
granted by healers after the original armor save of the targeted unit
is failed.

Under the same circustances the special rule about re-rolling 1s of
the SoB and Squat armies should be noted in the Close Combat section
of the Core Rules as well...

Agree wit you in this case... it's a general rule about game
mechanics and should be found in the Core Rules...
