[V5.0] Shok attack gun and buildings

Out of curiosity what would happen to a building if it got hit by a shok
attack gun.

Whilst it is a hand held weapon which the consensus appears to be it should
not affect buildings, but having a pack of warp crazed Snotlings appear in a
reactor or something similar is going to have a detrimental effect on the
building.
