Teleporting Terminators

I receintly infected a friend with the Epic bug, and he's looking at the
Space Marine Terminator teleportation ability. He raised the question of,
"If they can teleport onto the battlefield, why can't they teleport off?"
He'd also like them to come back somewhere else the following turn. The
version 5.0 answer should wait 'till we do the Imperial forces, but what do
I tell him now? Thanks.
