I've got a reasonably long proposal for organizing the Imperial forces. I
think at least part of it should go into the Imperial forces army list as a
lot of it is background and summations, but I've a few ideas in it as well.
It's formatted as a Word-2000 file and around 85k.
Who's interested in a copy? Should I just post it to the list?
