Illegal messages

Hi!

Someone with the e-mail saxon-dog_at_... posted two "ad messages"
to this group without permission and has been banned from the group.

Similar behavior has been happening on the epic list and that's why
membership is no longer "open" there and needs pre-approval. If this
begins to happen here I will do the same.

<sigh> it seems the internet is full of jerks.
