I disagree with number 10, Veteran marines are lethal as they are...
A CAF of +4, 6+ save, and the firepower of a normal Tactical detachment,
that is pretty good for holding the line.
They have a better CAF than assault marines, with that firepower as well,
you are on to a winner.

Here's what we have so far.
1)Marine bike company (2 bike detachments, 1 attack bike detachment, 1 bike
HQ. BP 8, Morale 2, cost 425, VP 4)
-Since the opinion was not unanimous there will be a poll about whether
this will be accepted or not.
2)Eivind's Marine AA vehicle (see files>Non-image folder>New units and
rules>Rhino Variants.doc)
-Since this seems to have been accepted unanimously it will be included as
a marine core unit. My name proposal was also accepted before, so Stormwind
has entered the marine army.
3)Flamer marines
-There has been talk about restricting these to Salamanders only. As with
removing IG bikes this would potentially deny people the use of troops they
already have since the flamer marines have been in the armylist for a long
time. Therefore they will be retained. However, Salamander could have these
guys either as a part of a battle company or as a full company. This will
be discussed when the special chapters are rewieved.
-There was also a suggestion about lowering the flamer marines' CAF. As
there was not enough support to warrant a poll it will stay as it is.
4)Teleporting Terminators
-There was not enough support for teleporting terminator company to warrant
a poll. They will stay as a detachment-sized special card.
5)Cyclone Terminator
-Some people want this, some people don't. A poll will decide. If they are
accepted we will start the discussion about stats and such.
6)Terminator saving throw
There are currently two new suggestions for this: a 4+ save modifiable to
6+ but no further and a 5+ unmodifiable save. A poll will be made about
whether the save will be changed or not.
7)Land Raider Crusader
-The availablity of this tank for a chapters other than Black Templars is
the subject of another poll.
8)Infiltration
-Clearer wording and a clarification is needed: Can the infiltrating units
be moved to CC or not? In the original SM2 rules they couldn't move nearer
than 5cm of any enemy unit, but I kind of like the idea of a scout surprse
assault.
9) Assault marine CAF.
-Should it be raised to +4 or not? A poll will decide.
10) Veteran stats
-The veterans may need a stat lift. Current suggestions are: raise to-hit
number to 4+ or give them two attacks. Again time for a poll.
Phew! And this was just the marine infantry...
