Erm. IG Hardened Veterans. Not that there's a Netepic equivalent yet.

New unit? +2 CAF, hvy bolters, 2 dice, 50cm, 4+, stm 0, save 6+, elite?
Detachments of 4 or
6 only.

Catachan variant with flamers (25cm range, ignore cover)?

Stormtroopers get the toys, but are rarely hardened vets (aka elites).

And purestrain genestealers are definitely elite.

Tha plan of Peters to make any units out of their commanders command range
take a morale check to allocate orders would be better served by allocating
orders as normal. To active takes a morale check. Means the opponent can't
plan around units that have failed the checks in the order phase, and the
commander can't anticipate if a unit is gonna stuff up.
