The pods look pretty good, since we are doing the SM right know we’d
probably put them in as optional units. I’d recommend you keep this file
handy when the time comes.

I started to play with Space Marine 2Ed (mainly Eldars), but i haven't

Well, I thought of 2 additions to the SM list, two new drop pods ...
They are absolutely not play tested ;)
Shrieking Pod :
These pods emits a piercing shriek as they land. Just before they reach
ground, they burst in a flashing light. They were developped to storm
positions held by large concentrations of troups, where they are sent
before any assaut pod.

Att. D: -
To Hit: -
TSM: -
Notes : All foes at less than 1 cm from the landing point must test
their moral at +1 or flee. For each other Shrieking Pod affecting an
detachement, it gets -1 to the test. Effect occurs at the same time as
the Deathwind pods. Troups under the pod are NOT hit (it bursts before
hitting them).
Lighting Pods :
These pods have a enormous light in their center. They concentrate light
with mirrors, and gives a good LOS to the things they illuminate.

To Hit: -
TSM: -
Notes : The pod are considered to radiates daylight at a range of 6 cm.
Troups at less than 6 cm from the pods can be seen normaly, but can NOT
see outside this range.
(Of course, this is for special night scenarios ;) )
