button on the coffee maker. Nothing happens.>
Adept 2: This is a bad omen, brothers. The machine God is angry with us.
Adept 3: <points at the unconnected electric plug> Brother, the spirits are
not in communion with the power grid spirits. How could they function
without their guidance?
