  Hi guys!

As most net epic old hands know once I get free time I start my usual barrage of posts. Again I thank "Weasel" for starting this off.

  Hello all.............
Okay, after being silent in the first round...I think it's time for me to get my vote in. Issue 1: I vote to leave as is... Issue 2: I would entertain a change but only a minor one... Issue 3: Leave as is... I tend to be fairly conservative as to how I play and don't like extra die rolls for little benefit. Also, I don't really like the idea of separate numbers for different situations. That was the beauty of SM/TL is that it was MASS combat and didn't try to model every individual modifier. I mean come on guys, soon we'll be looking at a modifier or different stat for infantry that went to the bathroom before the battle as opposed to those who didn't! :-) (just kidding) Anyway, I always say if it's not broke don't fix it. Now I agree that certain things need clarification and I think we can all agree on a concensus as to what rules typos need repair, but saying that the netepic rules are broken and must be drastically altered because of an individual feeling or opinion about how the rules should play is too much. I know I don't want to see that happen. Maybe I'm just scared by that nasty word "Revision". I've seen too many things in other games screwed up when that word pops up... Well enough of my ranting... But everyone who has been silent until now should speak up or things may go in a direction you don't want... Either for change or not!
