[v5.0] Black Templars proposal summary

1) If they fail a morale check when they reach a break point they go on charge orders and must charge the nearest enemy unit.
2) No Tactical companies*, Devastator Companies, Devastator Detachments, Battle Companies, Scout companies, Scout Detachments, Bike Detachments* or Librarians.
*The Black Templars have their own version of these.
3) Crusade company (BT tactical company, each det has 2 Neophyte stands in addition to the tactical stands), LRC company, may have LRCs instead of LRs as terminator transport.
4) Bike Detachments have 3 Neophyte bike stands in addition to the normal bike stands.

Two problems remaining:
1) Wovs, to use or not to use. And if they are used, which one of the two proposals. Personally I wouldn,t use them but that's just MNSHO.

2) The Emperor's champion and the challenge. Or rather, just the challenge. How should it be done?

Dropped proposal:
BT assault marines with a save in CC. Not enough support.
