I agree to an extent. I figure it depends on the Company that the Special
Card came from - I've converted my IG Commissars and HQ guys to be on
bikes, speeders and horses for the appropriate companies. Same thing with
White Scars - if you buy one of the bike companies then any special cards
should also be mounted. If you buy a tactical company then anything
associated with it will come with a Rhino. That reasonable?
