And _only_ the scout bikes, to be sure. However, in the Incoming! article the scout bikes could infiltrate normally. As Weasel pointed out, 60cm infiltration move is quite over-effective, so I changed the rules a bit for the 5.0 proposal by stating that the scout bikes may only infiltrate their advance move. Scout bike companies were also dropped.
