 Suggested changes so far:

1) Remove targeter rules; this has been unanimous so far so I don't think
we'll need a poll.

--> Agreed

2) Grav-chute insertion / Infiltration. Both have received equal amount of
support. I could go with either. However, my personal opinion is that
Infiltration suits them better; especially if rules for Elysian drop troops
are to be made. Personal opinions aside, there will be a poll about this.

--> I would personally like to see them with infiltration, save the grav
chute insertions for the Elysians.

3) -1 TSM. This could be justified by the fact that they're bound to have
more special weapons than regular IG grunts. This will also be polled.

--> Agreed.
