I'm more or less the editor (less so in receint months as RL takes it's toll)
and AFAIK I've got the most receint versions of the rulesbooks in my files
section on the Yahoo site (Files > Non-image folder > New units and rules >
Yar's Proposals & Stuff). The latest Marine book is 5.F - there are a few
changes I need to put in but it's mostly complete.

The other book that's mostly complete is Titan Legions, but there hasn't been
any review yet. I don't remember when it's scheduled and it may happen that I
merely update it to reflect any changes to IG unit stats. *shrug* We'll find
out later.

As for where we are, we've receintly started the Imperial Guard revision. I've
posted an army book for 'em but the only new material is some fluff - the
rules & stats haven't changed. There's an email a while back (maybe a week)
where Jyrki started the IG revision and we've had a little discussion on it.
Right now we're putting it on hold 'till after this coming weekend when folks
come back from vacation / return to school and start having free time again.
