As said in the previous post: "Models not involved in the actual combat MAY fire into a close combat IF THE TARGET MODEL IS NOT PINNED" (Net Epic P.23, Firing into CC, emphasis mine).

In other words: yes, since jetbikes can't pin Mechs.
