Under 4.1 rules you are correct. Under 5.0 with the newer categorization
of pinning classes on page 32 of Jar's draft, jetbikes are of a higher
pinning category than infantry (infantry are the lowest), therefore
jetbikes would not be pinned and open to fire. As the revision stands,
if you wish to pin infantry and not be fired upon you need infantry
(which fits well with the fluff too).

Not the way we use them in norway at least, because infantry and
calvalery/walkers are the same pinning class.
