Hi!
IN 4.1 this would be correct, but in 5.0 it's not. Jetbikes and infantry
are two different pinning categories. Therefore Eivind is right under
5.0 rules that jetbikes can be picked off if engaging infantry.

Depends. As said before, if they choose to be involved in CC they are
pinned and can't be fired upon. If, OTOH they _don't_ choose to be in CC
they CAN be fired upon.
