Then add Necron/Slann to the cold blooded armies, they certainly would
fit the bill IMO.

I guess this would apply to the Mantis missiles as well?
In that case, i would object that it would be very
tactical to fire mantis missiles at your troops when they
are engaged in CC with the enemy, since all Slann/Necron/Dracon
units are immune to the effects. In fact, it would be downright
stupid not to!
