Dæmon Engines

A doubt after reading an article on Khorne Dæmon Engines on White
Dwarf 164...

When the Chaos army is ahead on VP, just the Khorne Dæmon Engines
receive the bonus of +1 To Hit/Armor save and +1d6 in CC, or ALL the
Chaos Dæmon Engines are pumped-up ?(Nurgle, Slaanesh and Tzeentch).

On WD164, that seems an advantage of Khorne Dæmon Engines only, while
other Chaos powers have other special abilities, like the Tzeentch
Dæmon Engines adding +1 Chaos card per detachment...
