They're on the Yahoo netepic group site:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/netepic/files/ then to Files > Non-image folder

They're all in PDF format, unzipped as it's a pain and only saves about 6%.
The cards themselves are sized to fit into any of the CCG card sleeves - use
any normal playing card for a stiff back.
