Just found in the Hive War rulebook, p49:
"The Dominatrix is armed with a heavy Bio-Cannon that juts forward
from its spine. This deadly weapon spits chitin spines or shells at
fantastic velocity, but does not use the lethal slime-fungus common
to Exocrine Bio-Cannon."
The "lethal slime-fungus" is what gives +1 to damage rolls to the
Exocrine's Bio-Cannon (found in the Exocrine description, p51) so
perhaps no +1 AP to the Dominatrix Bio-Cannon, but IMHO it still
deserves the AA special ability as all other Bio-Cannons...
