Actually, you lost 'em if you started the game with 'em embarked. I was much easier to do it that way, but not required.

That's true *only* if you play with the optional rule of "transports are separate detachments." If you don't, you have to end each movement phase with everything in coherency. In this case, the Rhinos would have to move at best speed (Charge Orders all the time) 'till they cought up with the troops. Kinda dumb, IMHO, and that's why I'm a proponnent of the optional rule.

I don't like it - mainly because it would mean you can't take a thunderhawk purely for fire support - you'd *have* to put something in it. Besides - how much damage can a bunch of Rhonos do? *grin*

However, you have a point. Let me thing about how to clarify the process for a while.
