Tarantula VS Eldar Lascannon

Since Revision came, see this:

Tantaula and Lascannon are both Light Artillery.
Both of them have caf -3
Bot have -2 TSM
Lascannon have higher mobility than Tarantula
Lascannon have better to hit roll, 4+ instead of 5+
Tarantula are AI, so ignore snap fire penalty and all morale test.
Tarantula fires in two distinct phase, so can split they're fire between
more target
A battery of Lascannon fire 3 times, a battery of Tarantula 10 (TEN) times.
Both costs 100 pt...

Now, or Lascannon are overpriced (and I don't think so) or Tarantula are
high underpriced...

IMHO, tarantula should cost at least 150, and even so are a gift...

Eldar are masters of Laser technology in theory...
