Old Journal Articles and Epic Rules

A while back I posted a request for some scans or info of the citadel
journal asking for all information on epic rules and conversions. Last
I heard progress was being made. How far has the collection got? Has
anyone uploaded any and will anyone be willing? I'd love to get my
hands on some of the rules and conversion ideas.
