....about chaos 5.0E

Ok guys....
I started to read the new rules, but i haven't found who to construct
tha chaos army. I'm going to explain......
In the 4.1 version i must bought at least 3 chards (and no more then
5) for each G.D./primarcs . It's the same now or i must buy at least
a company cards and among 0 to 5 support cards and 1 special card
(like other army construction rules)? If the construction rules are
4.1 like, can i buy a daemon prince instead of a primarcs/G.D. ?
