Hehe, that a good pickup, I don't think I have encountered that
particular issue in years of playing, but it brings and interesting
point.
I would tend to allow it, it may give you a specific edge for a moment,
but such over extended units get wiped out quick and that's assuming the
opponent has not placed fast attack units like bike units close by, then
you may get no benefit from doing this as they may be pinned the same
turne and annihilated in the close combat phase.
