It's fine with me. BTW I've never seen any game with Squat and Eldar playing
allies.

Unless exceptionally noted, Squats can ally with Imperial, Eldar, [snip]

Since Squats feel deep animosity (if not exactly hatred) towards Eldar I
suggest a
-1 penalty to initiative for combined Squat/Eldar forces (due to command
friction and mutual mistrust) should be considered.
