Ok, I'll try... =)

You can field a generic Eldar force, or any of the following
Craftworlds:

+++++++++++++

ALAITOC

- Has elite rangers called pathfinders
- All Alaitoc Companies must field a squad of either Rangers or
Pathfinders, in addition to the normal five Support cards allowed.
- Saboteurs: Alaitoc troops are supreme experts in guerrilla tactics.
If Alaitoc is your Core army, roll 1d6 on the following table for
each squad of Rangers and Pathfinders fielded, after set up but
before the game starts:

Sabotage table
d6 Result
1 - No effect.
2 - A random enemy Infantry, Cavalry, Walker or Vehicle detachment is
removed from table. It will arrive at the start of the second turn
from the opponent's table edge (on either Advance or Charge orders).
3 - A random enemy Infantry, Cavalry, Walker or Vehicle detachment
may not be assigned orders this turn.
4 - An enemy Infantry, Cavalry, Walker or Vehicle detachment (Alaitoc
player choose) is removed from table. It will arrive at the start of
the second turn from the opponent's table edge (on either Advance or
Charge orders).
5 - An enemy Infantry, Cavalry, Walker or Vehicle detachment (Alaitoc
player choose) may not be assigned orders this turn.
6 - The Pathfinders may fire at an enemy Infantry, Cavalry, Walker or
Vehicle detachment (Alaitoc player choose) before game starts, range
and LoS are ignored.

++++++++++

BIEL-TAN
- Can field the Phoenix host, a company comprised entirely of Aspect
Warriors.

++++++++++

IYANDEN
- Can field the Wrait Host, with Ghost Warriors instead of
Wraithguards and Wraithlords (may field the Spirit Host as well)
- If you field an Iyanden force, you must have at least one Spirit
Host or Wraith Host card for every 2000 full points of your army.
These Hosts are lead by Spiritseers instead of the normal Warlocks.
You may not field Defender Hosts and Guardian hosts - there simply
aren't enough living infantry to balance out the risk of losing them.
You may purchase War Hosts and Guardian detachments, however, as it's
ok to field the troops if they have tank support.

++++++++++

SAIM-HANN
- It's the only craftworld that may field the dreaded Wind Rider
Host, other craftworlds may only field a generic Jetbike Host (2 det
of bikes and 1 of Vypers at 550pts)
- If you field an Saim-Hann force, you must have at least one Wind
Rider Host card for every 2000 full points of your army. The Wind
Rider Host is both larger and much cheaper than anyone else's Jetbike
Host. On the down side, all troops you buy must have some form of
jump pack (Warp Spiders are included) or must be mounted in either
Falcons or Wave Serpents - you can't buy detachments that have to
walk.

++++++++++

ULTHWE'
- If you field an Ulthwé force, you must have at least one Defender
Host or War Host card for every 2000 full points of your army. These
Hosts are composed by Black Guardians instead of the normal
Guardians, at no additional cost (Black Guardians costs as normal
Guardians, but are considered Elite units)
