[NetEpic ML] A couple of questions on the rules

1) What happens to a unit reaching the table edge while in Fall Back order?
In the game we had on Sunday (in happened with a Fighta Bommer) it stopped
at the table edge and in the end phase of the same turn rolled a new break
test, but reading the rules it seems that instead it should just fly out of
the table and count as destroyed.

2) Do Heavy Bolters on vehicles and/or super heavy vehicles follow the same
rules as bolters? I ask with the Squat Behemot in mind, whose anti personnel
fire seem to be "limited" to the heavy bolters.
