Expermiental rules and army lists

Hi!

With the end of the formal revision concluded I would like to start the
discussion of experimental arly lists and rules. I will start with the
Tau in a further post.

If anyone has an experimental list for Necrons or Eldar exodites or heck
even the ratlike race "Hrudd" this is a good time to get them posted.
