[5.0] Phase one of revision ends!

Hi!

With Jar's uploading of the Tau book the initial phase of the revision
has ended after 2 years of work!

The following phase will consist of the presentation of each book for a
period of 2 WEEKS. During this time any issues, additions, changes and
possible polls will be handled. At the end of each period the book will
be "finalized". This means that the book, after editing, will represent
the files final form.

This is an important segment of the revision. Even if you have been
quiet over the months, this represents an opportunity to get your views
accross and your opinion heard. But please remember that each book has a
two week run.

Jar will determine the order and the exact start of this final phase
when his time permits.
