Here are the final tweaked stats, also I posted a picture of
Custodes Terminators from the Horus Heresy ccg in the photo section.

The beginnings of the Legio Custodes is a mystery, but was
apparently founded before the Great Crusade as the proto-template
for all later legions. They were raised from the Emperors personal
bodyguards during his rise to power on war-torn Earth and implanted
with his gene-seed, similar to the the process which makes a space
marine but different. Several organs were implanted in them that are
not present in a normal Marines, such as the Psy-lobe (the template
was drawn from the emperors own DNA). The Psy-lobe stops the
development of psychic-powers, but also acts as a shield aginst
psychic-attack and prevents mutancy and daemonic possession.

They fought valiantly during the Great Crusade, but records of their
deeds are either imcomplete or wholly missing. It is known that they
defended the Inner Palace during the Horus Heresy, and surely some
accompanied the Emperor during his attack on Horus's Battle Barge
but no records have been kept. Other than their intervention during
the age of Apostasy aginst Vandire, the Adeputs Custodes have kept a
low profile in the Imperium. Occasionnaly the Captain-General acts
as a High Lord of Terra but that's only during emergencies when
stability is needed.

The Legio is still organized as a Legion and not a chapter. One of
the rumours about them is that no new recruits have been initiated
since the Battle of Terra and that the cohorts of the Legion take
turns defending the Golden Throne one by one while the others stay
in stasis. Only in the rarest of circumstances does the Legion take
the field, such as when a threat to the entire Imperium arises.

The colors of the Legio Custodes are gold with red-highlights.
